Roma wanting a draw for the second week in a row, i'm surprised...........NOT!!!!!!!! Last week they benched the two best forwards in the league and now this week they plan to pack their 18 and hold on for a goalless draw. As a fan, Roma is putting me too sleep. Maybe Nordic needs to give them a good beating so they can wake up.......
I'm hoping Coveside will pull one off tomorrow. I still have hope for them this year. Just waiting for them to get back to form.
NAFC vs Howe Sound should be a good game. Goodluck to both teams. I'm not sold yet on the idea that NAFC is the best team in the league it's too early to tell.

Down 2-0 at half HS battled back today against the so called best team in the league to draw at 2-2 4 mins to the end of the game. NAFC looked slow and uninterested for large parts of the second half and HS did a great job controling the mid-field a putting in through balls. Good game on both sides...maybe the week off hurt nafc or maybe it was their loud mouth goaltender who made the mistake on the free kick. Either way 1 point each

begi, after speaking with some NAFC players you are correct on how the game went. In fairness I also heard NAFC was up 2-0 and took their foot off the pedal as they did not want to run up the score. We all know in sports when you let up the other team has a chance to turn the momentum. Which is what HS did as Kenny let in a sh*t goal and gave HS some confidence as they did well to battle back and earn the tie. Coveside with their first result of the season in a 2-1 victory over Vikings looked good, but are still lacking in #'s for players as I believe they only had one sub. NV with a big upset loss to Seymours puts them back into reality as they are not a top team but will battle in the top division. Roma gets lucky as Nordic's goalie shifts the momentum by giving an early Christmas gift to Roma's forward 10 min's in. If Nordic has their top keeper in net I believe Nordic either get's a result or at least a tie today. Roma was short on players as their coach even saw the field today. Also heard the two basement teams didn't want to leap frog each other so they stayed tied in a 1-1 result!

Oh azzurri azzurri, lol..............u must be a player for Roma, hahahaha. I just comment on what i see and what ppl post....too funny!
I was happy to see Coveside win today. I watched the full game and it was ok. Hopefully they get more numbers cause we all know at the end of the day if you're not inshape you will suffer. Good job Coveside!!!!!!!
As for Nordic vs Roma, i was impressed with the Romas depth of the team! They fought for 90 mins and got a well deserved win. Roma's captain played solid in the back. As a team they came together and played very well with what they had. Although today Roma's centre mids looked abit slow. #9 didn't look like himself, maybe injury? Forwards played great!!!!! It was a good game to watch.
Azzurri Azzurri........hahahahaha ur too funny.

Norvan...after the previous season where they gave up points in games they controlled are off to a 3-0 start Seymour struggled with the pressure Norvan brought for most of the game. The 2-0 scoreline was not the full story as Norvan left quite a few on the table with near misses and nice saves by the Seymour keep and a goal called back by the referee.

First off I would like to say well done to my boys. From what I heard in intensive care, that it was a hard faught game but a well deserved win. Now, is this true? that Nordic went through last season without a loss??? Not this year I guess ;D ;D ;D KING OF THE MEG!!

Pretty much summed it up perfectly. Could have been a lot more. We couldn't get anything going and were on our heels for 85 of the 90 minutes. Redemption next week versus Coveside.

I'm thinking you may have some sort of connection to Roma though. Rastaman had lots to babble about last year and now he's gone missing , maybe he knew they were going to get beat a few times this year. Hopefully they get some goaltending and a few more guys defensively ;D. Conductor, Have you seen Sir M? ?

Very dissapointed with NAFC, I thought they were better than that. Then again every team is going to have a bad day and it's a long season.
On another note, thank goodness Roma joined this league because without them these message boards would suck!

Curious to know when the golden boot and discipline pages are gonna be updated? Nordic and Norvan have scored quite a few goals already so I'm sure they would like to see it updated!! Azzurri you are correct about Rastaman being MIA but in fairness to him, I believe his team has banned him from the meassage board!!!

Conductor, I think Rastaman's team should ban him from playing soccer after his performance on sunday before he gets banned from a message board ;D ;D ;D What happened to Fantab this weekend was he scouting another team that he can join?

i agree...NAFC strengthened their team everywhere but it goal. Although im not sure they took their foot off the pedal i think they just thought it was over; deserved a point as HS let in a weak 2nd goal My pics for the top 5 teams are in order Roma Nordic NAFC Coveside Norvan begi, after speaking with some NAFC players you are correct on how the game went. Week 4 Predictions:
NAFC 2 vs 1 Vikings Nordic 3 vs 1 LV Azteca Howesound 4 vs 1 Warriors Coveside 4 vs Seymour 2 Norvan 4 vs Guardians 1
MOTW is Coveside vs Vikings. Both of these teams are perennial top 6 finishers and both are below the line after 3 games. A win by either team along with Nordic finishing their dinner will earn them 6th place.
